Modifying Company Attributes
A Company-Admin can edit a Company's attributes (only for the company he belongs to) by navigating to the Companies tab and selecting the Edit Company action, against the respective company.
Managing Company Departments List
A Company-Admin can update a Company's departments list (only for the company he belongs to) by navigating to the Companies tab and selecting the Update Department action, against the respective company. Upon selecting the Update Department, the user shall be prompted to upload a new list, which shall override the existing one.
A Company-Admin can delete a Company's departments list by navigating to the Companies tab and selecting the Delete Department action, against the respective company.
Modifying Locations Attributes
A Company-Admin can edit a Location's attributes by navigating to the Locations tab and selecting the Edit Location action, against the respective location.

A Company-Admin can create, modify and delete an user in the IDC system and assign him all possible Dealership roles :

An user can be added by navigating to the User Management tab, selecting the + Add User option, filling out the user's details with a role assignment.
When onboarding a Company Admin user, they need to be assigned to a Company.
When onboarding a Location Manager, Location User or a Location Viewer user, they need to be assigned to a particular Location associated to a Company.
On filling the details and clicking Add User, send an user invitation email with a link to complete the user registration.
Once the onboarded user receives the user invitation mail, the registration needs to be completed by changing the temporary password.
Users will be prompted to setup their second factor authentication method during the registration completion step. Please refer to Multi Factor Authentication.
ID Check Execution
Initiate ID-Check
For a Company-Admin to initiate and ID Check, one of the location's must be selected in first place.
After a location selection, the ID Check initiate options shall become active, otherwise greyed out/inactive, by default.
Once the ID Check options are available, the user can initiate a respective ID Check (Fast/Full), either from the LHS tab or from the main screen.

There are 2 different modes for delivering the ID Check link :
Generate QR code and a link(a.k.aOnsite)Send the link directly to the customer's email and phone number(a.k.aRemote)
Initiate a quick ID Check
A new ID check can be initiated using the settings of a previous check, if needed. In this case, the settings from the selected previous check is already pre-filled, allowing the user to initiate a new check real quick. The pre-filled settings can also be updated/edited before initiating the check.
Customer Consent Collection
Upon initiating an ID Check or a quick ID Check, when the customer scans the QR code or opens the ID Check link received in email/SMS, they are redirected to consent collection page.
Customer would have the option to review and update the Given Names (First & Middle Name) and Surname, read/agree to the Terms & Conditions, provide consent and proceed with the ID Check.
Display IDC list
Home Tab
A Company-Admin can have a quick view of the ID Check results from the Home screen tab.
The home screen view also provides a quick and easy way to get check for the Recently Created ID Checks and viewing the detailed results.
Results Tab
By navigating to the Results tab, a Company-Admin can view all the ID Checks results list that have been performed at the Dealership company i.e. by all dealership users (all Company-Admins, Location-Managers, Location-Users, Location-User Partners).
Results color coding :
Pass: Check has been completed, results were received andPassedtheSCORE Requiredcriteria. Indicated inGreencolor coding.Fail: Check has been completed, results were received andFailedtheSCORE Requiredcriteria or the session has timed out, user abort etc. Indicated inRedcolor coding.Expired: The generated session link was never used. The IDV Status and IDV Error columns indicates the session's status/error returned by the IDEMIA platform. A mouse hover on the IDV Error provides the description.

Search, Filters and Results View Customizations
A Search on the results can be performed inputting a free text in the search bar.
Results can be filtered by applying desired filters for the available columns.
Columns can be re-ordered by horizontally dragging them from the Reorder tab.
An user can hide/unhide some columns from the display, based on the preference. Hiding of certain important columns is disabled on purpose to preserve the user experience.
A user can adjust the width of the columns by dragging them.
Notes :
The preferences set by the user are not persistent and will be lost upon logout.
Display ID-Check Detailed Results
From the Results list, a Company-Admin can view the details of each ID Check results (by clicking the Customer Name) that have been performed at the Dealership company i.e. by all dealership users (all Company-Admins, Location-Managers & Location-Users).
The Customer Name is extracted from the IDEMIA results, hence, will only be available if the check has been completed and proof files with all the details was received from IDEMIA.

PDF Download/Export of IDC Results
A Company-Admin can download a copy of the customer's IDC result, by navigating the detailed results section and clicking on the Download Result option. This will export and download the IDC result in a PDF format.

To allow the download in a specific location, please ensure the below
Downloadsettings in your browser is enable :
If the setting is disabled, the Download automatically happens in the default download directory.
Purchase & Inventory Management
Viewing and Submitting a Purchase Request (a.k.a Refill Request)
A Company-Admin can view all the Purchase Requests (a.k.a Credit Refills) and its current Status for all the Companies by navigating to the Purchases tab.
The Status of the Purchase Requests can be one of the following :
Submitted: Request submitted by aCompany Adminbut not yet processed by the Kudelski staffCompleted: Request fulfilled by theSales-AdminCancelled: Request cancelled by theSales-Admin
A Company-Admin can submit a new purchase request on behalf of the Company by navigating to the Purchases tab and performing a + Add Purchase with :

ID Check Inventory
ID Check Inventory By Company
The ID Check inventory for the company in the home screen of Inventory tab for the Company-Admin to view, where :
Total Credits : Sum of all purchased IDC credit of the company
Used Credits : Number of IDC credits that have been used by the company
Requested Checks : Number of ID Checks that have been requested
Credits Available : Corresponds to available IDC credits for the company
The Requested Checks is updated once every 24 hours whereas Total Credits, Used Credits and Credits Available are updated immediately with an ID Check workflow.
ID Check By Locations
The ID Checks by locations for the given company can be accessed by the Company-Admin by clicking on a respective company name.
The ID Check by Locations is updated once every 24 hours.
View Purchase History
A Company-Admin can view the purchase history of the company by selecting the View Purchase History option against the company.
Notes :
An entry in the Purchase History with the Purchase Request ID as
NA, indicates that were added without a purchase request from the Company side. This could either be a case of initial credits being added to a company or the addition of test credits.
