Dealership User Management
A Location-Manager can create, modify and delete an user in the IDC system and assign him all possible Dealership roles :

An user can be added by navigating to the User Management tab, selecting the + Add User option, filling out the user's details with a role assignment.
On filling the details and clicking Add User, send an user invitation email with a link to complete the user registration.
Once the onboarded user receives the user invitation mail, the registration needs to be completed by changing the temporary password.
Users will be prompted to setup their second factor authentication method during the registration completion step. Please refer to Multi Factor Authentication.
Switching Roles
A Dealership user i.e. Location-Manager, Location-User, Location-Viewer, Location-User-Partner having multiple access/roles, can be switch their roles, like below :
ID Check Execution
Initiate ID-Check
A Location-Manager can initiate a respective ID Check (Fast/Full), either from the LHS tab or from the main screen.

There are 2 different modes for delivering the ID Check link :
Generate QR code and a link(a.k.aOnsite)Send the link directly to the customer's email and phone number(a.k.aRemote)
Initiate a quick ID Check
A new ID check can be initiated using the settings of a previous check, if needed. In this case, the settings from the selected previous check is already pre-filled, allowing the user to initiate a new check real quick. The pre-filled settings can also be updated/edited before initiating the check.
Customer Consent Collection
Upon initiating an ID Check or a quick ID Check, when the customer scans the QR code or opens the ID Check link received in email/SMS, they are redirected to consent collection page.
Customer would have the option to review and update the Given Names (First & Middle Name) and Surname, read/agree to the Terms & Conditions, provide consent and proceed with the ID Check.

Home Tab
A Location-Manager can have a quick view of the ID Check results from the Home screen tab.
The home screen view also provides a quick and easy way to get check for the Recently Created ID Checks and viewing the detailed results.
Results Tab
By navigating to the Results tab, a Location-Manager can view all the ID Checks results list that have been performed by all the users at that Dealership Location.
Results color coding :
Pass: Check has been completed, results were received andPassedtheSCORE Requiredcriteria. Indicated inGreencolor coding.Fail: Check has been completed, results were received andFailedtheSCORE Requiredcriteria or the session has timed out, user abort etc. Indicated inRedcolor coding.Expired: The generated session link was never used. The IDV Status and IDV Error columns indicates the session's status/error returned by the IDEMIA platform. A mouse hover on the IDV Error provides the description.

Search, Filters and Results View Customizations
A Search on the results can be performed inputting a free text in the search bar.
Results can be filtered by applying desired filters for the available columns.
Columns can be re-ordered by horizontally dragging them from the Reorder tab.
An user can hide/unhide some columns from the display, based on the preference. Hiding of certain important columns is disabled on purpose to preserve the user experience.
A user can adjust the width of the columns by dragging them.
Notes :
The preferences set by the user are not persistent and will be lost upon logout.
Display ID-Check Detailed Results
From the Results list, a Location-Manager can view the details of each ID Check results (by clicking the Customer Name) that have been performed at the Dealership Location i.e. by all dealership location users (all Location-Managers & Location-Users).
The Customer Name is extracted from the IDEMIA results, hence, will only be available if the check has been completed and proof files with all the details was received from IDEMIA.
In the detailed results page, if the provided given names and surnames did matched, it will be indicated as below :
