Switching Roles
A Dealership user with Location-Manager, Location-User, Location-Viewer having multiple access/roles, can be switch their roles, like below :
ID Check Execution
Display IDC list
By navigating to the Results tab, a Location-Viewer can view all the ID Checks results list that have been performed at the Dealership Location.
Results color coding :
Pass: Check has been completed, results were received andPassedtheSCORE Requiredcriteria. Indicated inGreencolor coding.Fail: Check has been completed, results were received andFailedtheSCORE Requiredcriteria or the session has timed out, user abort etc. Indicated inRedcolor coding.Expired: The generated session link was never used. Links generated will expire after6 hrsfor both Onsite and Remote ID Checks, if unused. Indicated inRedcolor coding.Pending: Check is inPendingstate i.e. (neitherPassed,Failed, orExpired) Indicated inGreycolor coding.
The IDV Status and IDV Error columns indicates the session's status/error returned by the IDEMIA platform. A mouse hover on the IDV Error provides the description.

Search, Filters and Results View Customizations
A Search on the results can be performed inputting a free text in the search bar.
Results can be filtered by applying desired filters for the available columns.
Columns can be re-ordered by horizontally dragging them from the Reorder tab.
An user can hide/unhide some columns from the display, based on the preference. Hiding of certain important columns is disabled on purpose to preserve the user experience.
A user can adjust the width of the columns by dragging them.
Notes :
The preferences set by the user are not persistent and will be lost upon logout.
Display ID-Check Detailed Results
From the Results list, a Location-Viewer can view the details of each ID Check results (by clicking the Customer Name) that have been performed at the Dealership Location.
The Customer Name is extracted from the IDEMIA results, hence, will only be available if the check has been completed and proof files with all the details was received from IDEMIA.
In the detailed results page, if the provided given names and surnames did matched, it will be indicated as below :

PDF Download/Export of IDC Results
A Location-Viewer can download a copy of the customer's IDC result, by navigating the detailed results section and clicking on the Download Result option. This will export and download the IDC result in a PDF format.

To allow the download in a specific location, please ensure the below
Downloadsettings in your browser is enable :
If the setting is disabled, the Download automatically happens in the default download directory.
