Unsupported Mobile Web Browser
Upon starting an ID Check by scanning the QR code or by using the link receive by email or sms, if the car shopper observes the below screen, it indicates that the mobile browser in use is unsupported and not compatible.

Session expired
Upon starting an ID Check by scanning the QR code or by using the link receive by email or sms, if the car shopper observes the below screen, it indicates that the session has already been used or the session has expired. In this scenario, it is expected that a new ID Check session is initiated by the dealer and the new link is provided to the user, if needed.
A session is expired after 5 minutes if the user has started the session on his mobile :
in case of user inactivity or an aborted session
A session is expired after 30 minutes :
if the QR is not scanned at all, in case of a

Remote Check
